Questions
Sanctus Care Group provides high-quality homecare and complex care services to help people live independently and safely in their own homes. Whether you need help with daily routines, specialist nursing support, or 24/7 live-in care, we design care packages around your needs.
We offer a wide range of services, including personal care, companionship, respite care, complex clinical support (e.g. PEG feeding, tracheostomy care), palliative care, and live-in care. We can provide as little as a few visits per week or 24/7 support.
Complex care refers to coordinated, ongoing health and social care provided to individuals with multiple, serious, or long-term health conditions, often alongside disabilities, mental health challenges, or social care needs.
Our fully managed service is led by an expert clinical team with extensive nursing experience. We work collaboratively with our clients and their families to create personalised care plans that reflect holistic needs. We also work closely with NHS services, therapists and other community bodies involved in a person’s care. This collaborative approach ensures well-informed, consistent care that adapts proactively to changing needs.
We start with a free, comprehensive care assessment where we get to know you, your health, and your goals. Following the assessment, it is entirely up to you whether you wish to move forward. If you do decide to proceed, we'll create a personalised care plan that we review regularly so it can adapt as your needs change.
Yes. Sanctus Care Group is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We meet strict standards for safety, quality, and leadership, and you can view our latest CQC inspection rating online for reassurance. We also hold registration for Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI).
Our care professionals are carefully selected, fully DBS-checked, and trained in areas such as medication management, moving & handling, safeguarding, infection control, and condition-specific support. We invest in ongoing training to keep our team's skills up to date.
We match you with regular carers who truly understand your needs and how you wish to live your life. If your usual carer is unavailable, we'll arrange cover with someone fully briefed on your care plan and preferences.
We work with you to set times that suit your daily routine. We understand flexibility is important; if your needs change, we can adapt the schedule.
We have a team of carers assigned to care for you. If your regular carer is delayed or cannot attend, we'll inform you and arrange alternative cover.
Our fully managed service is available 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring that you or your loved one will receive care all year round.
Costs vary depending on the level of support required, the frequency of visits, and whether the care is funded privately, by the NHS, or through local authority contribution. We provide a clear breakdown of charges in our contract, so you know what is included.
Respect is at the heart of what we do. Our carers will always respect your home, your routines, and your confidentiality. All personal information is handled in line with GDPR and kept completely secure.
Our carer will always remain with you to ensure you get the care you need in an emergency. If you need to go to hospital, the carer will liaise with any other health professionals involved in your care to make sure everyone is informed of the situation.
Your feedback is important to us. If you have a concern, our team will respond quickly to put things right. We have a clear and supportive complaints process in place, so you can be assured your voice will always be heard.
